How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account permanently in the Voya app. This removes all your data from our servers within 7 days. You can also email us at getvoyapp@gmail.com to request deletion.

My data isn't syncing across devices — what do I do?

Make sure you're signed in to the same account on both devices. Go to Profile → Sign in if you're not logged in. If the issue persists, sign out and back in to refresh your session.

I didn't receive a confirmation email

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, try signing up again or contact us at getvoyapp@gmail.com and we'll manually verify your account.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Is my travel data private?

Yes. Your trips and preferences are stored securely in your account and are never sold or shared with advertisers. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

How does the AI concierge work?

The AI concierge is powered by Anthropic's Claude model. Your questions are sent to Claude to generate travel recommendations. No personally identifying information is included in these requests.
